This policy outlines our standards regarding the capture, storage, and publication of photographs, video recordings, audio material, work samples, and testimonials for educational documentation, school evaluation, and legitimate marketing purposes.

2. Explicit Written Opt-In Protocol

Under Hong Kong law and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, imagery featuring identifiable children constitutes personal data. Fihri operates under a strict prior written opt-in policy:

• No Automatic Publishing: Enrolling in private tutoring or attending an admissions consultation does not imply consent for photography or promotional publicity.
• Parental Authorization Required: For any student under 18 years of age, photographs, video testimonials, or student quotes will only be published if a parent or legal guardian has executed an explicit Media Release Form.
• Separate Clear Options: Consent forms distinguish clearly between internal educational record-keeping (e.g. video review for mock interview coaching) and public marketing use (e.g. website or social media).

3. Student Case Studies & Anonymisation

To protect student privacy while demonstrating academic methodologies and outcomes:

• All student case studies on this Website are fully anonymised by default, utilizing pseudonyms, initials, or general cohort descriptors (e.g. “IB Student C.”).
• School affiliations and examination outcomes are described in broad, non-identifying terms unless specific, formal written consent has been granted by the family.
• Stock imagery, where utilized to illustrate academic concepts, is never presented as authentic photographs of specific Fihri students, instructors, or school facilities.

4. Photography During School Campus Workshops

During school-based STEM, robotics, and AI courses:

• Fihri trainers and photographers adhere strictly to the participating school's established photography guidelines and parental opt-out registries.
• High-resolution event photographs taken for post-programme reporting are transmitted directly and securely to the school's STEM coordinator or principal for internal evaluation and reporting purposes.
• Photographs featuring identifiable school students are not published on Fihri's public website or social media channels without formal written authorization from the school administration and parents.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Removal Timeline

Consent granted for photography or testimonials may be revoked by a parent, student, or school at any time:

• Upon receipt of written revocation, Fihri will remove the specified imagery or testimonial from all online channels (website, digital brochures, social media) within seven (7) business days.
• Printed brochures or collateral already distributed prior to revocation cannot be recalled, but no further print runs featuring the material will be commissioned.
